Annual Neigbhorhood Oyster Roast - 2/11/2012

4:00 PM to 6:30 PM - Annual neighborhood Oyster Roast is scheduled at the Amphitheater on February 11 from 4:00 until 6:30 p.m. Plenty of delicious oysters! Chili, hot dogs and assorted beverages will be served by O'Brion's. Tickets are on sale ($17.50 for adults; $12.00 for 13-20; $5 for 5-12). Contact msummers@iontrust.org or call 343-8412. Woman's Coffee (IT) - 2/14/2012

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM - The February neighborhood coffee will be held from 10am til noon on Valentine's Day. Look for the blue sign in front of Anne Register and Becky Van Wie's home at 270 N. 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM - Community of I 'On Artists--Wed. Feb 15th, 2012, 9:30 a.m. Creek Club at I'On. The speaker for February will be Lori Bate. She is an artist, architect, photographer, designer, and business woman. She is also an I'On neighbor. She will share images from her wildlife art - an early start for SEWE. 6:00 PM to - The I'On Residents' Potluck Supper at the Creek Club will be on Tuesday, March 6, at 6:00 PM. [TBD] will be the hosts for the evening. This is such an easy way to get together with your neighbors. No need to make reservations, clean your home or cook (no rule that your dish has to come from your kitchen)! Just pop on down to the Creek Club with a dish to pass, a plate, flatware, napkin, your beverage of choice and a glass. To make it easier for the hosts, we are now asking that you plan on taking your recyclables home with you, (pack it in, pack it out). I’On Village neighbors will gather this Sunday, July 4th for a full day of fun, festivities, and fireworks at the 2010 “CelebratI’On”!  Parade begins at 9:30 AM in Perseverance Park, followed by Salute on the Square at 10:00 AM.  Band Blast 2010 wraps up the evening from 6 – 9 PM at the Westlake Amphitheater (pictured above), featuring a live lakeside concert by “Heart and Soul”.  Check out 31 Krier Lane, an amazing Mount Pleasant home for sale with picturesque rooftop views of Westlake; a perfect location to enjoy the fireworks!
